BigTron PRO Percussion Massager

I'm a marathoner and a trainer for a living and I've been wanting this for so long!! I don't have time to go get a massage ever so often because I also have kids and life! So having this lets me self administrate quality trigger point massage to myself. I have prof. background in manual therapy. But even if you don't it's pretty solid to say this is a simple to operate, portable and reliable (battery held up nicely) device to use either as an athlete or "just" as a desktop person who could use a little active release to the tight muscles (and fascia, the connective tissue). I had a question for the company and they were super responsive and kind which is a huge plus for me. I absolutely recommend this from my own personal experience.

I've been playing around with this gun for a while, and wanted to leave a review based on my experience with this one and a few others. For the price, this is a great buy. It's got a few things going for it which I like:

-It's VERY quiet
-Very easy to switch speeds, there's a button right by your index, useful when you want to find the right speed for whatever part you're working on
-It gets to be pretty powerful, much more than what you'll need most times
-It's light and has a great grip, so I don't get tired working on someone with this for a while

I'd recommend this gun for the price, it's a solid buy. Quick customer service too, I had a question answered within a couple of hours so that's a plus.

As a middle age, 27+ year distance runner, avid hiker and all around someone who values being fit, I've recognized the importance of taking care of my fascia. In recent months I've had a cranky foot that likely is, what is trying to become, plantar fasciitis. To keep it at bay, I've been foam rolling (highly recommend the vibrating roller too) and using massage balls daily. The Massage Gun has upped the care level to a new extreme. My routine in the last couple weeks since I got it has been my usual daily 10 minutes of lower body stretching & rolling. I now include Massage Gun for 1-2 minutes in each area of my lower body from the bottom of my feet to inner upper thigh (total time approximately 10 minutes). I use the microphone looking attachment on my feet, and the flat attachment on my legs. It is incredible the difference I feel in tightness and the cranky pain on the bottom of my foot has been eased as well (despite increasing my weekly long run recently).

My family has also tried the attachments for back massage and the finger looking attachment to dig into aching hips and shoulders. It has worked great for those areas as well.

I very much feel It staves off what many think are aches & pains that we just all have to learn to live with as we age. Being able to work out knots and stimulate blood flood using the Massage Gun is fantastic. It is now part of my daily routine and I plan on continuing to use it for the long haul. I consider it our Massage Robot and love it. I highly recommend it.

I only charge it about 1x a week and use it at highest setting for 10-20 minutes a day. Works great! If battery pack or attachments shake off during use, it just takes a time or two to learn to firmly press them into place and it will not happen.
